Refund policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide photo(s) of the damaged packaging and product when contacting us to initiate a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sprinklesandsparklesbb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted:

You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us and providing us with tracking once the item is shipped.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
Once the return is received, you will be awarded store credit for the product cost of the item.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or
You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that have been used cannot be replaced or have refunds issued.

Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
